OK, so, if you’ve ever worked for any length of time with FRx, you’ll already know that its printing capabilities are, at best, uh, remedial.

As accountants, we’re all accustomed to Excel’s capabilities: vertical page breaks and WYSIWYG margins and shrink to fit and well, the list could go on. And we sort of expect FRx to have the same thing. Not so. [click to continue…]

Making Fonts Bigger in FRx Reports

FRx report with font too small?

Got a report that’s tough to see? We call those ‘real estate’ problems, or too many columns on a page, so that the font gets really small. Here are some ideas.
 
You could shrink the column widths by one or more. Be sure to test on the consolidation or the unit that has largest numbers. If you see stars (ok, asterisks), you’ll know you’ve gone too far. [click to continue…]
