Updating FRx’s Budget book codes
IF you’re on a calendar year, and IF your budget codes in your GL are based on year (such as Budget2007), don’t forget to change your budget book codes in FRx. Wait until after the December reports are run.

You may have to hunt for these by opening every column, but that’s far better than forgetting and running your new 2007 actuals with your 2006 budget!
