For remote access or onsite in Austin Texas, I bill at $175 an hour with a 1 hour minimum.
If you’ve got a report design or revamp project, I can give you a pretty good guess at what the cost will run after I review the reports and ask questions.
Or if you prefer, I may be able to give you a flat rate that is not dependent on time.
For onsite training or report development, if you’re outside Austin, I quote flat rates and no surprises. Full day consulting rate is $1,800. Two-day trips usually run $4,600-$4,800 including all travel expense. I get a LOT done in two days.
There’s intrinsic value in having your financials accurate, tied out, with drilldown capability, and done right the first time. In addition, I use techniques that streamline the design, resulting in reports that may process faster and that are easier to maintain (and follow!) in the future.
