New FRx SP10 Allows Red Negative Numbers

FRx SP10 came out in late March 2008. It brings the option to use red for negative numbers at all detail levels. How to do that?

In the catalog, go to the Report Options tab, then the Formatting tab, and it’s the last checkbox in the list. Enjoy!

Well this is just medicore, at best.
Lot’s of negative numbers, i want to vary font color for a COLUMN….a variance column. …..Green (black fine) when positive, RED when negative.
Easy in Excel. In FRx I have been atttempting in the column specs, ‘special format mask’ to no success “#,##0;[Red](#,##0)”.
This a no go without exporting to Excel?
    Thanks.
    PS – love your site
