By default we will install the most recent FRx and service packs. We will do the 7.4 upgrade in the next 6 months or so. It's a little known fact that a few epicor clients do have MR installed. (Sorry, I have no idea which versions of epicor.) My understanding is that this handful have version 1 of management reporter, and that it will never go past v1, so it's a dead end. And they'll be looking for a replacement like everyone else.
