I am experiencing problems with additional spacing between words/letters once the binder has been compiled in Adobe Acrobat, does anyone have any ideas why this happens and better still, any way of avoiding it?
Thanking you in anticipation.

Hi Stephen,

Correct. I'm using Adobe Acrobat Pro version 9. I believe you can also do this with Adobe Acrobat Standard as well. Jan

Hi,

What tool are you using to get the 'convert to pdf' and combine context options in XP ?? Don't you have to have Adobe Acrobat Pro installed for that?

Hi Rick,
Anything that is in the FRx Drilldown file gets included in the PDF. For instance, in the Income Statement above, there are 17 pages, and all but one of those are Account Detail. There would be many more if the report had been run with Transaction Detail. That's why it's quite cool to be able to Choose Pages after the PDF has been created. That way you can get back to just Financial level if you want to without rerunning the report.

Same thing for reports that use a tree. If it's in the drilldown file, it's in the PDF. The normal situation is one page per reporting unit. Jan

Jan,
How does this handle reports that go to the Account and/or Transaction level detail? Does it only build a PDF report for the Financial level?
Also, how does it handle reports that use a tree?
