Got a quick question? Sorry, I’m out of the quick question business. Yesterday I had 22 of them at the end of an already very long day, most from consultants whom I don’t already know. But here’s what I suggest if you have a quick technical question:

    1. First, use the search box at the top right sidebar—I pay lots of money for upgraded search capabilities and it might just answer your question.
    2. Second, you might comment on a blog post, although I can’t guarantee a response. But at least this way everyone benefits from an answer.
    3. Third, you might try Microsoft tech support.
    4. Fourth, I do have a paid support option.
