Hands down, the best technology I’ve implemented in 2006 is the Treo 700p talking to an Exchange server.

It’s made an incredible difference in my workday, and I feel MUCH more organized and in control. My email inbox is empty at the end of the day, which is sort of a miracle. I was used to storing about 150 emails there, thinking to follow up. Right.
